Administrator Award Winner Announced
October 24, 2007 (Denver, CO) – Clara Allred, Director of Support Services for Twin Falls School District #411, was honored as Idaho's Outstanding Special Education Administrator at an awards luncheon held October 24th during the annual Idaho Elementary Education Association Conference in Boise, ID. Global Education Technologies' (GET) Keith Stokka was on hand to present Ms. Allred with a check for $1,000 to use towards expenses for a professional development conference of her choice.
“Ms. Allred is an exceptional educator and individual”, said Keith Stokka, Western Regional Sales Manager for GET. “We are pleased to have this opportunity to honor and reward such a hardworking and dedicated special education administrator. She is an asset to her school district and profession.” Ms. Allred's accomplishments have made a positive impact on her community and countless students. GET is sponsoring the Outstanding Special Education Administrator Award for the next three years. The annual $1,000 award is given by the Idaho Association of Special Education Administrators and recognizes leadership in the area of service to special needs students.
