Increase self-determination and graduation rates for students with Disabilities

MyGraduationPlan (MGP) is a web-based curriculum that helps students with disabilities graduate through increased participation in their IEP’s, along with a focus on authentic postsecondary goal setting.

The Reality

Today, many Special Education students resist school because they think they are incapable of successfully completing the required work. Unfortunately, concepts like self-determination, self-advocacy, and student participation in education planning are not championed for most IEP students.

The Solution

MyGraduationPlan gets students involved in their IEP process, and encourages them to make a strong connection to the importance of graduation. By providing relevant planning tools and monitoring, MyGraduationPlan engages students and parents in the transition and graduation planning process to drive graduation and post-secondary achievement. School district administrators can monitor students’ progress in this process as MyGraduationPlan meets several key compliance requirements.
